Life style and possibilities

People and things can change
That's something I've always heard and never believes
Then it was something I said and instilled for people to believe and strive for.
And now I know its something that can be done with right methods and mindset. To be able change anything about yourself or any situation there is ways to do it but most importantly there are two things you have to do.
1. Read or theory - learn about it or study it any way you can , try and grasp concepts about it and whole workings of it that you can understand. Try if you can get points of view , mote specifically your perspective and then outside one without any sorta personal attachment to it.
2. Do something about it or practical -
You must physical/mentally/emotional have to start implementing those changes , have that motivation to go and do something about it. If you do you will get results. Won't necessarily be quick immediate changes but progress is progress none the less.

These are effectively ways to change your whole lifestyle if you will it.
I'm gonna add more to this with updates much because I wanna be able to look back at this when I need it or to find tips. But this will be updated because stuff to do this is far top much to do in one sitting of typing

24/11/11 - update 1

So last time i spoke mentioned about how possible to change and touched on theory and practical.
first of all think best way to start is to look at yourself first and how you are in relationship to aspect your trying to improve or adapt to.
so look at three things
1. how you are currently doing at it (both your perception/your view of how you are and what you actually may be if you think it differ's)
2. where you want to be or how capable you wanna be in that area
3. what is different between these two, your limiting beliefs/obstacles that at this moment prevent from going further in this area.

first step is always admitting the problem or realising you yourself are doing something wrong and preventing yourself from progressing, so review your self before moving on to further steps though sometimes skipping can give you some insight to how to review yourself. as said in NLP - seek to understand and then to be understood.
